True Value Sales

We are seeking a dynamic True Value Sales Executive to manage Maruti Suzuki’s certified pre-owned car sales channel. This includes sourcing and selling pre-owned cars, certifying vehicles for the True Value category, and ensuring adherence to company systems and processes. Responsibilities may also encompass sales target achievement, dealer profitability analysis, and managing MIS reports.

Core Responsibilities:

  • System & Process Implementation: Implementing and maintaining company systems and processes related to True Value operations.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets for the True Value program.
  • Customer Interaction: Providing a positive and helpful car-buying experience for customers interested in pre-owned cars.
  • Evaluation and Inspection: Evaluating and inspecting used cars to determine their condition and value.
  • Document Management: Handling the necessary paperwork for car sales and transfers.
  • Inventory Management: Managing the inventory of pre-owned cars in the dealership.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to sell pre-owned cars and negotiate prices.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of car mechanics and vehicle conditions. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to True Value operations.

A True Value Telecaller job involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound calls, and promoting products or services. They also address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and work towards sales or engagement goals. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound and Inbound Calls: Making outbound calls to generate leads and handling inbound calls from customers. 
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Explaining company products or services to customers and addressing their inquiries.  
  • Lead Generation and Sales: Converting prospects into customers and achieving sales targets. 
  • Customer Service: Providing support, resolving complaints, and building positive customer relationships.  
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate call logs and updating customer records.  
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to telecalling scripts and company policies.  
  • Market Research: Understanding customer needs and trends.  
  • Target Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly call targets and achieving sales or engagement goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport.  
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers and negotiate effectively.  
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and find solutions. 
  •  Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.  
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial.  
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required.
